Customer Satisfaction & Damaged Items

At Scentual Khannections, your satisfaction is our top priority. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund for items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition.

To report an issue:

·         Contact us via text or email within 72 hours of delivery (based on tracking).

·         Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

·         Once reviewed, we’ll determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

·         Defective or Damaged Return Eligibility

We will consider returns or refunds for the following:

·         Candle scent throw is significantly weaker than expected.

·         Damaged packaging or components (e.g., broken bottles or sprayers) that prevent proper use.

·         If approved, we’ll cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

Return & Exchange Policy

To qualify for a return:

·         Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

·         Returns are accepted only for the reasons listed above.

·         Customers may choose between a refund or exchange.

·         For exchanges, the original item must be returned before a replacement is sent.

·         If the product has been used, we may offer a replacement with a small restocking fee.

Fragrance Exchange:

Want to try a different scent? We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different fragrance.

·         Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

·         Customers are responsible for return shipping.

·         Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send your replacement.

Return to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and a refund is requested instead of reshipment:

Only the product cost will be refunded.

Shipping fees and additional services are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Shipping Information

Shipping Zone:  We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

Carriers:  Shipping options include USPS, FedEx, and DHL, which can be selected at checkout.

Processing Time:  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Shipping Time:  Most orders ship within 3 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs:  Free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on package weight and destination.
